The Jan. 13, 2004, issue of the Press Enterprise featured the girls' wrestling program here at Ike. As mentioned by Coach Paluba, girls wrestling is on the verge of taking off, especially as it going to become an Olympic sport. Eisenhower currently has two girls on the wrestling team, Titi Lawani and Trish Bernard. Both plan on continuing in the sport in college.
