Eisenhower High School's new band director was recently featured in the San Bernardino Sun newspaper. In the March 15, 2007, edition, Todd Noden was recognized for his efforts in rebuilding the band program. Noden has started an aggressive recruitment program, to offset the losses from the opening of Carter High School, by holding a contest for a new band logo and planning a tour of the district's middle schools to recruit students. Eventually, Noden would like to see the ranks of the band swell to upwards of 200 students.
