Charlesetta "Sally" Allen, who died from organ failure on September 27, 2007, was featured in the San Bernardino Sun of October 19. Miss Sally as she was known by many staff and students at Eisenhower volunteered in the Career Center for many years. She also devoted countless hours each spring assisting with Scholarship and Awards night at Ike.
Her son, Marcus Allen (class of '00), is working with the Career Center to establish a scholarship in his mothers name. Said Marcus, "Whoever gets this scholarship will hear the story of the woman it is named for, a woman who would not quit."
